The report included participants from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The survey included 150 teachers from each classroom, as well as 75 public and 75 private teachers. The data were analysed using the Mean and Independent Sample t-test. There was no significant difference between public and private school teachers on the majority of the 21 dimensions of job satisfaction. However, there were significant differences between public and private school teachers’ perspectives on certain aspects of job satisfaction.
