Abstract

The twenty first century has led to borderless interactions, which in turn has opened a vast variety of opportunities leading to workforce diversity. Human Resource Diversity Management is considered among the most imperative tools of human resource. Humans differ in multiple aspects but in order to maintain and excel in global diversity, we must understand and comprehend these differences so that they strengthen the company's goals as well as perceived objectives. This research was carried out to conceptualize and analyze the three variables, which are, Human Resource Diversity Management, International Compensations as well as Ethics and Social Responsibility which impact the workforce in an organization leading to its growth or downfall. Conceptual analysis shows that HR Diversity is the need of the hour for organizations and in order to get more value in the market, the organizations have to en-cash this strength through multiple methods.
