Cronbach alphas reliability of both the questionnaires was calculated after pilot testing. Cronbach alphas values were 0.835 and 0.775 respectively.  Descriptive statistics i.e. frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation (SD) were used in analyzing the data. In inferential statistics, regression was used to find out the influence of post work incentives on SSTs’ motivation. On the basis of conclusion it was recommended that Government of Punjab should develop strategies to increase post work incentives of SSTs to enhance their motivation level.
